This Forum highlights the importance of results-based monitoring and evaluation (M&E)
for demonstrating national development results. It aims to share lessons and experiences among
countries in establishing and implementing: results-based M&E systems, effective linkages between
monitoring and evaluation, and national evaluation systems. The importance of creating enabling
environments for M&E as well as the key actors such as the Parliament and CSO will also be
highlighted.
