Building on a decade of knowledge and information on M&E theories, methods, and partnerships from previous gatherings, the 11th M&E Forum seeks to highlight the crucial role of M&E in moving insight to impact. With the theme “Closing the Loop: Towards M&E Evidence-based PDP Midterm Updating”, the Forum aims to:

1. Understand and strategize how the M&E Network may assist and support an inclusive and equitable policy decision making process such as the midterm updating of the Philippine Development Plan (PDP);
2. Showcase efforts in conducting and bridging evaluations towards action, relevant to the Philippine Development Plan and other sectoral plans;
3. Facilitate knowledge exchange and sharing of initiatives, strategies and practices to advocate for the institutionalization of the culture of evaluation within the bureaucracy; and
4. Provide a platform to encourage networking and dialogue to explore partnership and collaboration opportunities among stakeholders.
