In 2011, the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) launched the M&E Network Philippines to provide development practitioners with a platform to engage in dialogue on strengthening monitoring and evaluation (M&E) in the Philippines.

The Network annually convenes the M&E Network Forum to gather M&E practitioners in the government, development partners, civil society, and other stakeholders to exchange knowledge and discuss issues on strengthening the practice of M&E.

This year’s forum aims to:

• Present the proposed Guidelines to the National Evaluation Policy Framework (NEPF) and secure stakeholder inputs to and support for the NEPF Guidelines.
• Open opportunities for M&E stakeholders and practitioners to share knowledge and insights, exchange experiences, and strengthen linkages

Through this year's forum, we gather practitioners, users, and stakeholders of M&E to freely discuss how to strengthen the practice of evaluation in the Philippines towards achieving progress that leaves no one behind.
